Question: How do i deal with the terrible anxiety when it comes to the first week of school!?
every year for the past few years I've had terrible anxiety for the first week of school!. My stomach hurts really really bad which leads to vomiting ether on the bus or at school!. It's really hard for me to deal with it!. any tips to calm down!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know everyone else gets these jitters, too!. Going to school can be quite stressful!. Are you going to a new school!? If not, find a new kid and welcome them to your school!. They are probably more nervous than you are!. Helping a new kid out will keep the focus off yourself!.

I would not try to eat anything the AM before school!. That should help with the stomach reaction!. My motto has always been my stomach does not wake up til 10AM!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Nothing worse than cold ceral sitting in a nervous stomach, and OJ, forget about it!. Maybe a dry toast if Mom pushes the subject!.!.!.!.!.

Lastly, try to imagine everyone else coming to school that first day naked, you may smile all day and people will wonder what you are up to!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could ask your primary care doctor to give you something to help settle your stomach during the first few weeks of school!.
Make sure you have friends you can talk to and hang around with!. Other people are going to be just as nervous as you are the first week of school!. You will adjust to your new schedule!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try meditating!. There is also a really good Yoga program on Fit TV called Inhale that uses modern music that you might like!. Try avoiding caffine and getting to bed early!. You might also try riding a bike to school if it isn't too far away, physical activity is a great way to relieve anxiety and stress!. Go for a nice long walk or jog in the late afternoon too!.
