As you can see with all the people who answered with experience depression and anxiety can wreck your life!. Our mind and body cannot be separated!.

Our physical life the things we do each day needs a spiritual life too in order to balance our bodies so our life is rich and not hurting from a lack of something!.

It's not easy when our lives have so much stress from work, school and family life!. If we stop watching tv, playing video games, phone calls that we are addicted to and turn things around spend more quiet time in meditation listening to soft music , just sitting quietly without so much commotion we can find more peace and love and little by little our pains will go away!.

It never hurts to ask for help from professionals who are trained to find signs that are causing these problems and help us fix them!.

yes, i used to have anxiety and depression and it makes you very sick!. When you have anxiety about something like stressing because you think somethings wrong with you when there really isnt than your mind tricks your body into being that way!. like i would get painful joints!. the best way to beat anxiety and depression is to look on the bright side and stop being so selfish!. Trust in Jesus Christ and you'll have nothing to worry about!. Look at the stars at night and just feel the beauty!. Get a dog, preferably a lab!. take care of it and you'll realize alot of things!. yes alot! i dont know how but it does my step mom has major anxiety and constantly has stomache aches, back pains, neck pains, it makes her puke, and so much more she is always complaining of some kind of pain unless she isnt anxious for something which is rare!Www@Answer-Health@Com
