Question: Anxiety linked with the need to pee
I've got anxiety disorder which I've been on medication for since 04!. Initially before an outing I had a churning stomach and the urge to vomit!. That lasted for the majority of the time but decreased after being put on medication!. After this stage I began to have 'nervous poos'!. Now, I seem to constantly need to pee!. I wet my bed once (when I had a UTI) and now I'm worried that I'll do it again in public if i can't get to a toilet in time!. My motto at the moment is 'I like to empty myself before I go out'!. Is there a way to stop this pee anxiety, and what could possibly come next!? Blood nose!? Spontaneous periods!? :PWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had a really bad panic attack today and my mouth is staying dry no matter how much I drink and I had to pee like 5 min after I drank anything!. Food is just horrible tasting because my mouth is so dry!. I havent been peeing lately I just really focused on calming myself down deep breathing, some tai chi and talking to friends!.
It will get better!. Its good you know it is only the anxiety that is half the battle!.
I have never had a bloody nose or spontaneous periods lol I get aching chest and heart racing and shakiness!. But those arent as bad now that I know Im not having a heart attack and its just anxiety!.
If you dont mind reading the anxiety and phobia workbook is really good it helped me cope better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started out taking prozac 20mg daily!.!. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well!. I might be considering taking medication off my life!.
