Thank you for asking!. I am sad and have a heavy heart today because I lost my brother on July 19!. He took his own life!. I know someday I will feel better, but it's just going to take some time!.

Filled up with the need to cry but the tears are blocked and wont come out!. It hurts me!. I want to live life well and be happy but I am blocked by so much pain which I cant release!. If only the pain would go then I would be free!. The pain is trapped and I cant seem to find anyway to get it out!. I am hurting and lonley and regret the life I have lost!. I put on a smile to show the world I am normal and fine but inside I am in agony!. I am ashamed to be in so much pain when there is much suffering in the world and yet that doesnt lift my high and make me feel grateful for the life I have lived!. I have lost my dreams and ambitions along with 10 years of my life, I dont want to loose any more!. But the tears wont unblock!. I am feeling very very sad!. But I will smile as what can be done about the past and what is lost!.!.!.!.!.!.!. nothing, but the greif holds me back because it is still so deeply there in me!. HORIBLE absulutely horrible!.!.!.!.!.very very sick and prob ogoing to the hospital tommorow for a week or 2!. I have had strep throat since may and i went on antibiotics 4 times and its still here nad my stomach probs got really really bad and noone knows whats wrong with meWww@Answer-Health@Com
