Question: What is the cause for obsession for man and how can you solve the problem
I`m obsessed with my boy friend and I can`t take it any more!. I call him anytime of the day even if its not necessary, it disturbs me when I`m studying!? I send sms tell him how I feel about him and I get annoyed especially if he does`nt respond!. I can`t stop thinking about him I`m more than obsessed the word itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it has to do with how you feel about yourself!. If your self esteem is low and you don't really love yourself you will always be seeking other people's attention!. Don't get me wrong, everybody has the need to feel love and accepted but when our self esteem is low sometimes we may feel the constant need for someone to reassure us that they love us!. This is especially if one has been rejected by people and family!. The key to getting over this is learning to love and accept yourself!. Realize that everyone needs their space and if you really accept yourself you won't constantly feel the need to obsess about another person!. I would also suggest that you get some counselling as well!. This is because if you don't get help your relationship with your boyfriend could disintegrate because he might feel as if you are overcrowding him and not given gim enough space!.
