Answers:
"The Angry Heart" will help you explore, address, and resolve many of your childhood traumas and issues that are affecting your life today!. The title doesn't necessarily imply that you are angry, either!. :)

The first part of the book has you exploring your childhood, and the second part of the book provides solutions, skills, and tools to use to help you recover from your childhood and prevent the past from messing with your present!. It gives you tools to gain control over your emotions and life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"Eat, Pray, Love" by Elizabeth Gilbert

It's the story of a woman's journey to her own self discovery, it is autobiographical, very well written, and may give you some excellent insight!.

Don't let the "pray" put you off, it isn't about religion, it's about self discovery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
