Answers:
1!.) Avoiding hitting the snooze button: I move my really loud alarm far enough away from my bed that I actually have to stand up to get to the alarm to turn it off!. Usually, having to actually get up and walk to the alarm wakes me up enough that I can consciously decide not to go back to bed - it is really hard to make such a decision when you're still slightly asleep!.

2) To get to sleep when you're not tired: Don't do things like watching TV, and even reading a book may make you stay up longer than you really need to!. Try laying in bed in a comfortable position!. Close your eyes, and focus on the feeling you have in your toes!. Then tighten up all of your muscles in your feet as tight as you can - hold it for fifteen to twenty seconds, then relax your feet, and feel the tingly sensation!. Then work up to your calf muscles in your legs!. Tighten them for fifteen seconds or so, then release, and continue doing that with small groups of muscles all the way up your body - your stomach, your back muscles, your pectorals, arms, fingers, neck, etc!. Once you tighten then relax muscles, try to keep them relaxed!. Avoid moving as much as possible after that!. Once that is all done, if you're still not feeling tired, try breathing really deep, relaxing breaths!. Focus on your breathing and nothing else!. Try to clear your mind of everything else, and just focus on the feeling of the air coming in your nostrils (or mouth) and back out!. This sort of relaxation/meditation usually has me asleep in thirty minutes!. If that doesn't work, then I'll put on some slow soothing music, or try to find somewhere more comfortable to sleep!. It usually also helps to turn your alarm clock around so you can't see the time on it!. If you have problems falling asleep, you probably also have the tendency to watch the clock!. You can prevent some anxiety if you try to keep from looking at the time and just focus on relaxing!.

3) Other tips: Here comes the kit-n-caboodle of crap your mother always told you!. Don't eat sweets within 3 or 4 hours of when you intend to go to sleep!. Eat a full supper, but eat it at least 3 hours before you intend to go to bed!. Avoid caffeine and acidic foods, and try not to smoke (if you do so) within an hour or so of bedtime!. Drinking a warm caffeine-free tea before bed may help (I recommend camomille or jazmine green tea)!. Try to avoid any strenuous activity before bed - don't hit the gym at 8:30 p!.m!. and expect to be out like a baby by 9:20!. Take a soothing, warm bath or shower before bed if that helps, but don't do a lot of cleaning or running around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. put the alarm clock on the other side of the room
2!. stay awake
3 DONT BE STUPID and eat 300 twinkysWww@Answer-Health@Com

1!. to not click the snooze button:
do you use your phone or a clock!? if its a clock!. put it on the other side of the room!. that way, you might wake up on the way!. if youre using a phone, turn on multiple alarms 5 minutes apart!. or less!. and put the volume to the loudest one possible so youre sure not to miss it!.
2!. to sleep when youre not sleepy:
dont go watch tv or turn on the computer because that light will wake up the brain even more!. i would recommend reading a boring book!. you might fall asleep!. if youre going to lie down in bed, dont think because itll keep your brain busy and you wont be able to fall asleep!. (i do that to myself too much!. i stay up for an extra hour sometimes) exercise or clean your room!. itll probably make you tired!. if you must, take sleeping pills!.
3!. if you must, just go to the airport earlier!. and sleep there!. or if youre living with someone, reliable, tell them to wake you up!. or on the day before, go to like a theme park!. im sure thatll knock you out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!.) To not click the snooze button!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Move your alarm clock to the other side of the room so you need to stand up and walk to go turn it off!. But make sure it's loud enough to wake you up because it wont be right next to your ear anymore!.
2!.) To sleep when you are not sleepy!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I take some sort of sleep aid, but i only do that if i really cannot fall asleep because I don't want to become dependent!. Also you can try reading right before bed instead of maybe television or the internet or video games or vigorous activities!. One time this worked for me: I had a song stuck in my head and couldn't fall asleep and I envisioned the song and all my thoughts going into a box and then I closed the "lid" and i instantly fell asleep!. That only worked once but it was sweet haha!.
3!.) Here are some tips!.!.!.!.!.!.!. I was told that if you aren't tired enough to fall asleep then you can do a bunch a crunches and your body will be tired and it will be easy to go to sleep!. I never tried that, but i heard from a friend that it works!. Oh yeah, and throughout the day, don't take a nap, for obvious reasons!.
