How do I overcome travel depression?!

Question: How do I overcome travel depression!?
Okay, for those that don't have any idea what I'm talking about, imagine you going away to a very nice place, its super fun, lots of cool people, etc!. Then you go back home!. Compared to that awesome vacation, your life turns out to be one big piece of crap, you are bored, tired, and always thinking what happened!.

I got the same thing going on!. I came back home this Tuesday, I visited my three cousins in USA!. I had a ton of fun, met sooo many people and actually came close with a few (im kind of a calm/quiet/shy person so I dont have many/no friends)!. It was great and just when I was leaving everyone stood outside and waved goodbye!. I didn't do anything I just stared!.

Now im home, so uberly bored and sad!. I hope someone can understand, my life is nothing compared to the fun I had!. Right now only the computer and ear blasting music helps me forget about it because I keep thinking of the times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound self-absorbed in yourself!. Why can't you just be grateful for the wonderful time you had and look forward to the next one!?

Feeling sorry for yourself and claiming an ailment like "depression" makes yourself a victim and you are limiting the fun you are going to have in everyday!.

Don't forget, it's the journey that is an adventure, the destination is only the end result!.

If you say you are so bummed and depressed, guess what!? That's what you'll be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe thats a sign your loOking for a change in your life - in general - But thats what vacations are! vacations from life as we know it - if your not happy at home - thats obviously another stemming issue - to wich you could be suffering from a minor depression - I would say to just live and love and make what little changes you can to satisfy your needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

grow up, and have fun at homeWww@Answer-Health@Com
