I'm always worried and anxious!


Question: I'm always worried and anxious
I'm only 12 and I worry SOOOO much!. About everything! Getting sued, making mistakes, diseases, family, all sorts of stuff!. I mainly worry about the things done in the past and how I cant fix it!. (downloading free stuff without knowing when i was 10 :[ , etc etc) Sometimes i feel really dizzy thinking about it and i feel like the world is shaking!. I try and control myself, but its sooo hard and it takes like 3 months to forget and move on with it!. I worry more than anyone i know!. Is there anything I can do about it!? Perhaps even seeing a doctor!? All my life, i've been this way!. Thanks! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you may be catergorized as a 'worry_wart' by some!.!.!.however you need to eventually learn that the precious energies you devote to 'needless_worry' will eventually tug at your progression in daily life!. Believe me, I am a professional worrier so I can empathize with you & your dilemma!. NUT my best & most constructive advice is to start now learning how to direct your your energies toward more positive avenues!. Worrying is generally recognized as a 'waste of time' by most!.!.!.however refraining from 'worry' is far more difficult than most may realize!.!.!. With fair acknowledgement & realization you should eventually learn to deal with your episodes of unnecessary worry!.!.!.Once you learn that some of your worries are totally neyond your control you may learn to let go!.!.!.However, many worries are inded justified!.!.!.you simply need to learn to decipher between those that are worthy versus those that are needless!. With time & maturity you may indeed master this, especially since you have already recognized the presence of 'worry; within your daily life now!.!.!. I wish you the strength to overcome & the knowledge to pusue the avenues to allow needless worry remain idle by the wayside as you travel the pathways that life's journey places before you!~ May you learn to place your energies toward striving & learning to deal with the challenges that life continuosly places before you~ Take care~Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a counselor, I have experience in working on worry and anxiety!. Replacing the thoughts you are having with something more realistic, positive, and relaxing can help, as well as doing things in the moment to take your mind off of the anxiety!. Talk to your school counselor about this, and your parents!. Seeing a counselor would definitely be the way to go to work on this and get control!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been a sufferer for 12-years and am doing well!. My blog is dedicated to help!. I will be updating my blog every 5-7 days on new ways to cope anxiety!. I have just made few good entries on coping - I hope it will help you!.

I started out taking prozac 20mg daily!.!. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well!. I might be considering taking medication off my life!.
And most importantly, I am here to help you because I know how it feels to have anxiety or panic attacks!.
