Question: Im haveing alot of anxiety
i am haveing alot of anxiety/anxiety attacks latley and i really dont enjoy it is there anything i can do to make it stopWww@Answer-Health@Com

I can completely relate to you!.!. I had the worst anxiety out of anyone I knew & the attacks had to be the scariest!. I went to get medicine and it helped for about 2 weeks until it was causing me to have mood swings and be very angry!. I had to conquer them on my own!. So i dont suggest that you take medicine!.

Basically I dont know what the cause of yours are!.!. but if its stress, you just have to calm down & breathe and not think about it so much!. Eventually you will trick yourself out of not having them!. I know that its hard to deal with but with a little change of thought you can turn alot around! I hope it all gets better! I felt the same way!. Please take this into consideration!. It worked for me, although I am not you!.

I had overwhelming anxiety!. It turned out to be my use of Splenda!. Yup Splenda!. How could something that taste so good, be so bad!?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is!. And it is in a lot of stuff!. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose in it!. You have to read labels!. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison!. It ruined five years of my life!. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more!.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar!.!.!." is very misleading!. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar!. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon)!. Organochlorides are typically poisons!.

Yes, talk to your partner about it!.
Or your parents if they're close by!.
Someone who cares about you!.
Everyone has anxiety!.
And the people who pretend they don't are only playing it off!.
It's a defense mechanism!.
And people make use of this defense mechanism by keeping things to themselves, being arrogant, avoiding eye contact!.
No one is perfect!.
And if you talk to others, you will see you are not alone!.

I feel your pain!. I started feeling that way two months ago!. Right now, I'm taking Xanax while the doctor figures out a drug to take long-term!. I'd love to wake up one day and feel normal again!. Just remind yourself that you're not the only feeling this way!. Millions of people are suffering from anxiety!. Sometime just talking about how you are feeling helps a ton!. I've found that when I sit down with my husband and describe what I feel like, and what I want to do about it, I feel a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started out taking prozac 20mg daily!.!. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well!. I might be considering taking medication off my life!.

Cut out anything you eat or drink containing caffeine!.
Walk and exercise a lot!.
Try Chamomile Tea
Check out Meditation
Valerian Root Supplements might help, they helped me
Melatonin helped me to sleep at night (you can buy Valerian or Melatonin anywhere vitamins are sold)
Talk to your doctor about it if you can
