First off; Don't quit school!. It'll be a disapointment to your parents, friends and most of all to yourself!. Depression feeds on feelings of self pity, worthlessness and all the other crap that puts people down in our society!. You cannot feed your mind with negative feelings, because this only produces more of the same!. It's like the computer law, GIGO: meaning "Garbage in, Garbage out"!. Have you been to a psycologist or a psychiatrist!?
A psycologist can help you with "talk therapy"-helping you by giving you an outlet for your feelings and very possibly find out what is triggering the anxiety and depression!.
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor that can give you medication for your depression and anxiety if you need it!.
You can also try talking to a religious counselor if that is a part of your life!. Friends can also be a great help!.
Not sure what the reason is why you feel you can't talk with your parents!. I know being 18 is a rebellous time normally!. You might be surprised about your parents actually being able to understand!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember that a lot of our feelings are normal!. Our body reacts to something that is wrong!. The biggest lie is that there is some "disorder" that makes you think something is wrong with you!. Emotions are just like physical wounds, you have to give them time to heal and doctor them!. There is a GREAT book called Anxiety and Phobia Workbook!. Trust me, its worth the 20 bucks!. It is a very comforting read!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
