I would have my child reevaluated to make sure that she's been diagnosed correctly there are few children under the age of 13 who are diagnosed with bi-polar disorder that's usually something that develops during adolescence!. Did you have her evaluated by a nureo-psychologist or a nureo-psychiatrist!?!?!? These are the best ones to diagnose both LD's which is what ADHD is and bi-polar disorder and if she has ADHD is she in the proper school setting!?!?!?!? IF she's not and she's not getting the modifications and services that she needs to succeed that maybe part of her problem!. As the mother of three who all have LD's and the sister of nine and the aunt of 8 I know that children will do any thing to get attention even bad attention!. They would rather have bad attention than no attention and if she's only getting attention when you're upset with her than she's trying to get your attention!. You need to so some thinking about what type of attention she's getting from you and whether it might need to be changed!. You're to focused on the future not the now, you need to do things now to change what's going on and if you do that the future will take care of it's self!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

talk to her alot and tell her it is wrong to do that
also spend more time with her, give her attention
so she feels loved and does not have the need to take things
feed her healthy and give her childrens vitamins, also make
sure she sleeps enough
take care
