How to get over little things that cause big anxiety?!


Question: How to get over little things that cause big anxiety!?
I seem to have this paradoxal type of anxiety where I deal with very big intense events fairly well and let small nothingnesses get in the way of my inner peace!.

I'm not sure why that is, but here's an example!.

I got home the other day and started stressing out because I wasn't sure what order to do things in!. I wanted to eat dinner ASAP so I didn't go to bed on a full stomach which causes me massive acid reflux, and I also didn't want to eat right before my jog because that also aggravates my acid reflux and gives me cramps!. So I stressed for a few minutes and decided to go jogging and deal with the rest later!. When I got back I still had to shower, clean the cat litter and make dinner!. I didn't really want to clean the kitty litter before I ate for hygiene reasons and I prefer showering after all that, which basically means either cleaning kitty litter, showering and then dinner, which means by that time I'm going to bed on a full stomach!. Back to square one!.

Like, why am I even worrying about all these little things!? I don't know why I overthink these little things so much and why they cause me so much anxiety!. Does this happen to anyone else!? How do you deal with it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It generally happens to people!. I also have similar experience!. I get irritated when more and more things are getting accumulated and I am not able to accomplish my desired result!.
I tackle this problem by taking up only one job at a time and I try to finish it to the best of my ability and perfection!. Then only we derive the sense of achieving at least one thing properly!. Secondly we should analyze and try our best to know which is more important and which is less important!. We can postpone the less important things and assign priority to the urgent things on hand!. We sometime indulge in unwanted actions!. All actions which are not going to benefit us in the long run have to be stopped!. We should know how to cut short certain things!. Things which are not going to be of any permanent value can be set aside!. We should be systematic, organized, disciplined and orderly to get rid of this mess!.

Sometimes I get like that!. I get really, really stressed about stupid, menial, worthless things and I get so anxious I can't think straight!. When I get like that, I eventually change my mindset to "f*ck that sh*t" and don't do anything and procrastinate it!. Then gradually I will start doing the things I had to do and I feel relaxed doing it!. Or put on some music to take your mind off of everythingWww@Answer-Health@Com

I used to feel the same way!. Please take this into consideration!. It worked for me, although I am not you!.

I had overwhelming anxiety!. It turned out to be my use of Splenda!. Yup Splenda!. How could something that taste so good, be so bad!?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is!. And it is in a lot of stuff!. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it!. You have to read labels!. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison!. It ruined five years of my life!. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more!.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar!.!.!." is very misleading!. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar!. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon)!. Organochlorides are typically poisons!.
