Question: I all of a sudden have developed a weird problem, i seem to be having trouble keeping eye contact!.
Just started to happen and feels like its pressure looking someone in the eyes and its bothering me and making others seem like im not interested in them! Please help i always want to look away!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have the same problem!. Many, many people have it as well!. Normal people, especially those who are shy, insecure, or unsure of themselves, find it hard to keep eye contact with other people!. Some say it is because when you maintain eye contact with someone, you are sharing a part of your life/soul with that person!. You are probably just insecure or maybe something happened that made you lose trust/faith in people!. If that's the case, learn to look at people in the eyes again!. Start off by just looking at them for a split second!. Then lengthen the time you spend looking at them!. I practiced this and finally, I am able to hold a steady eye contact during conversations!. I also give out the impression that I'm confident and perhaps even a bit cocky (Even though I am not!. I'm the total opposite!)!.
Keep this up, find the root of your problem, and you'll succeed for sure!!

nobody will know the difference!.
im in the marine corps getting ready to get out in 2 months!. so we have to take this mandatory classes on how to become a civilan again!.
aways we also had a class about how to conduct urself in job interviews and we had to interview eachother well anways one of the things the instructor said was if you feel unconfortable doin eye contact just look above there eyes!.
we all tried it!.
