dude i totally get these too!! you know what i think it is!? i think its we have so much going on in our lives and were just so excited and anxious that we don't let our minds and hearts rest or something and we end up driving ourselves nuts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's actually happened to me, i'm pretty sure it's not an adrenaline rush but in case it is i'd see a doctor having these random rushes may point to a mental problem or their might be something wrong with your adrenal gland so just to be on the safe side get a consult!.

Adrenaline can be induced from noise, or stress!. The usual cause is the known "Flight of Fight" response, but if it's happening in the night maybe a nightmare!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont be so sure that adrenaline is involved!.Sleep sensitivity is very common!.Sometimes people wake up at 3am and find it difficult to go back to sleep, for the simple reason that their bodies have rested enough!.Others, prevent themselves from going back to sleep,by thinking to much ,which puts the brain in gear when you need it in neutral!.Try listening to soft instrumental music via an i pod or the like,if you feel that you need more sleep, blank your mind of everything but the music---sweet dreams!. Is this definitely adrenaline rush!? some times when you try to sleep, you can literally feel yourself "falling asleep" feels a bit like a sudden drop, most of the time you are not aware of it, but sometimes you feel it, kind of makes you jump, could that be whats going on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you seen the movie Wanted!? maybe try shooting the wings off flies or something like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
