Question: Weird dreams about somebody I once knew!.!.!.!.!.
Ok so I used to kinda know this friend of a friend who lived down my street about 2 years ago!. I was like 14 and we used to hang out after school and make small talk or just ride on our bikes around together and not say anything!.!.!.!.it was really weird!. But then we just stopped one day!.!.!.!.so last year he passed away and although we weren't close!.!.!.!.I've had several dreams with him in it!. In these we were just talking about random stuff!.!.!.!.or once I had one where we were holding hands while riding our bikes!?!?!? I know it sounds corny but when I wake up from these dreams, I start to cry!.!.!.!.!.maybe I miss him!? But how could I miss somebody I didn't know for long and hardly knew!.!.!.!.!.!.!.although we got along well!.!.!.!.kinda like just a slient understanding of each other!. Ok now I'm sounding totally weird!.!.!.!.!.!.so my question!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

It's not corny and it is called grieving the loss of a friend!. Even if you were not super close it is normal to grieve and if you haven't done any actual grieving perhaps you are using your dreams to grieve the loss!. When you grieve you go through five stages and not necessarily in order, they are: denial, anger, bargaining with your higher power (if you do this, I'll be a better child/parent/friend/etc!.) depression and acceptance!. The crying could be a sign that you are in the depression stage over his death!. Just let yourself go through the grieving and the dreams will eventually end, it is a normal thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
