Depression related, but what is wrong with me?!

Question: Depression related, but what is wrong with me!?
I was diagnosed with depression, started seeing a therapist, and was put on medication a few months ago!. Up until like Thursday, I have felt fine!. Every night, it feels like my medicine wears off!. I cry a lot easier, and I'm the kind of person that does NOT cry!. Tonight has been particularly bad!. I can't sleep and have been crying for about 30 minutes because old, bad memories keep coming up and I feel like one of the people that loved me most does not care about me and now I can't talk to him or acknowledge him without tearing up!. I was very sick as a baby, and about 20 minutes ago I told myself that I should have died a few days after my birth, like predicted!. I feel like a carnival freak whenever someone asks me how I'm feeling mentally or tries to call me out on self-mutilation, which I stopped doing!.
What is wrong with me!? Do I need a stronger dose of medication or what!? Please help me!. Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, I am so sorry you are going through this! I also struggle with depression and notice a BIG difference when I stop taking my meds (bad idea- I accidentally did that during a vacation and will never do that again)!. It sounds like you need to up the dose!. Just see your pyschiatrist/doctor next time you can get in so you don't continue to have these depressive episodes!. Just take it easy right now and don't make yourself do anything you don't want to!. Things WILL get better, over time!. Continue to see your therapist (good for you!) and work on things one step at a time!. However, as I said before, tonight just take it easy!. Do something that is self-soothing like taking a nice warm bath or watch some tv to distract yourself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you're taking medication for depression, sometimes you need to try a few before you get one that will work for a long time!. Some medications will randomly just drop you, meaning they will stop working altogether and your symptoms will return, sometimes severely!. Best you go back to your therapist and explain that you are sure your medication has stopped being effective and they'll issue you a new prescription!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every so often our medication stops working due to a faster metabolism, other meds interfering, or our bodies have adjusted to the dose!.

I have changed anti-depressants every 2 years for 15 years, or changed the dosage!. Your depressive symptoms are breaking through; some kind of adjustment must be made!.

Please see your doc so you can be happy again!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be that you need a stronger dose or a different medication!. Your body could have built a tolerance for the medication you were on!. Talk to your psychiatrist about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get your to up the dosage on your meds,, and if that dont work get him to try a diff!. kind of medicationWww@Answer-Health@Com

If depression is something that you want to get over you should not start taking anti depressants!. when you decide to get off of them you will go through withdrawl which can make things so much worse for you!. You might not think people understand you but i went through the exact same thing and what you have to realize is that some people have it so much worse off than you and you should appreciate that you survived instead of making it a negative thing!. Until you can recognize the good in your life and stop focusing on the bad there is not much you can fix!. Medicine might fix things short term but long term it wontWww@Answer-Health@Com

Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily!. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily
Step 2: Think before your action!. Don't repeat her past experience on herself!. Remind herself from time to time!.
Step 3: Be confident to yourselves!. Remember everyone is the winner!. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"
Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time
Step 5: Increase scope of life!. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others!.
Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist!. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it!. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought!.
Good Luck!.
