I feel so alone.. what do i do??!
Question: I feel so alone!.!. what do i do!?!?
Im just sitting here, crying alot!.!.!.
i have seen a counselor, she says i have have experienced to much of the sense of loss!. the latest being my gf, who was amazing! we're workign on getting back toegther!.!.!.
but i wont be seeing anyone for 2 weeks!.!.!. my best friends moved away!.!.!. my gf left me!.!.!. i live in a small village!.!.!. theres no one to talk to!.!.

I suffer from depression and one of the big things I struggle with is loneliness so I can sympathise with you and know theres no easy solution!.
I think what helps though is a combination of learning to occupy yourself better, while at the same time doings that will increase your chances of meeting new people!. I bought a DS recently and can kill lots of time playing on it, time that would otherwise be spent just sitting and feeling unhappy!.
You could also try to write that your feelings which will help you recognise patterns in your mood!. Is there a bus you can take to a nearby city!? If you have free time why not try doing some voluntary work, or taking a college short!.!.!.affordable things that will keep you busy and help increase your social circle!.
With caution, you could try to make new friends online who live near to you as well!.
I hope you do get back with your gf but even if you do please dont give up learning to be happy within yourself, as if she leaves you'll be back to square 1!

aww, i am sorry you feel that way!. maybe you should work on yourself more, instead of relying on always being with someone!. go do things you want to do, pick up some hobbies!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
