Question: Need help to concentrate reading
I'm trying to finish getting my High school diploma, but when the assignments require me to do large amounts of reading I can't concentrate!. I have ADD and Schizophrenia, I am taking pills for these, but I still have problems with the voices and they taunt me while I try to read and I start thinking about other things to make them stop, but then everything I read I can't remember!. Is there a way I can make it easier, or just help me concentrate more!?

You could try reading aloud (softly) or reading aloud while pacing and listening to nice music to try to crowd out the voices to some extent!. You could also try reading aloud the important stuff into a voice recorder and playing it back!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
