Nightmares every night...!


Question: Nightmares every night!.!.!.
Lately, for the past week or so, I've been having horrible dreams every single night!.

Whether it's me getting chased or hurt, or just crying for some unknown reason, but I can actually feel the emotional pain of whatever's causing me to cry!.

In one of my dreams I attempted to jump from one building roof to another, but I fell, and never stopped falling till I woke up crying and all panicky!.

I've never cried or woken up like that in my life before!.
In another dream my boyfriend was cheating on me with this girl I really don't like right in front of me, and acting like it was no big deal!. And I just felt so sad throughout the day!.

I've been very sad in general lately also, kind of in a trance all the time even!.
But I don't know why!.!.!.nothing sad has happened!.!.
I just don't know!

I'm not actually sure what my question is here!.!.!.but if anyone that knows something about dreams and such could help, that would be great!.

There is a condition known as nightmare disorder!. If the nightmares don't go away they may be treated with REM-suppressing drugs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nightmares are manifestations of daily frustrations or concerns!. I also think they result from the 'unknowns' everyone goes through in life!.
Before you go to sleep, review your day!. Work through what you can that may have offended you!. Whatever is left over, make a decision to deal with it tomorrow, not tonight!.
When you have a scary dream and wake up, write your dream down, with as much detail as possible!. Perhaps the act will remove the fear!.
You did not mention your age!. Hormonal changes contribute to discomfort!. If you feel down or sad for a lengthy period of time, talk to a parent or physician!.
