Answers:
With the eating disorder you need to know you are stronger than that!. And the depression is probably coming from the eating disorder in that maybe you don't think the way you look is right or you are just stressed!. It takes 30 days to make a habit and 30 days to break one!. Try to remember that you are great the way you are; once you break your eating disorder your depression should alleviate some!. Social anxiety could also be due to the fact that maybe you are unhappy with something about yourself!. But I am telling you once you figure out that you are so much better than you give yourself credit for things will only go uphill!. And OCD I can't really help you there I don't know much about it!

In a nutshell know that you are good enough and you yourself can break the habits you are suffering with now!. Talk to friends and family members about all that you can!. Keep a journal and treat yourself if you go a few days without your eating disorder or OCD!. Try your best that's all you can do!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suffer from depression, social anxiety, anxiety and have had a bad past!. I don't have an eating disorder, but because of my depression I have lost my appetite!. I don't really know how to help you as I haven't gotten help yet, but if you have any friend, just talk to her/him, it makes the world of difference!. Talking about it, splits the weight on your shoulder in half!. Find some one, or some people you trust, and talk to them, talk to your family!. It's so much easier when you have people supporting you through it all!.
That's all I can say,
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the doctor, you can probably get counselling on the nhs!. talk to someone close to you, ask them if they can give you a food plan!. i have suffered from depression and know how hard it is to come out of!. try to think positive; i cant think of any sites off the top of my head but type positive thinking into google and you should find some useful tips!. if you wake up one morning and think "i'm going to beat this" and whenever you get a bad thought try and rule it out with something positive!. try and treat yourself within your budget!. another way of coping with depression is to try and work out what it is thats depressing you!. is it work, or a relationship etc!? if there is an underlying cause, and most often there is, work out steps to change it!. social anxiety, this is horrible i know, but all i can say is try and take it a step at a time!. remember, everyone who doesn't know you that well probably has a neutral opinion of you, and you can change it into a good one! when you next see someone you know, smile, and make a small conversation, or offer to help them!. start small and build up!. you may find as your social skills get better, your depression does as well!. as for obsessive compulsive disorder, you do need to see a doctor about this!. i am not sure what they will do, but they will help you in some way!. remember you aren't alone, there are loads of people who feel like you do!. try and start talking to people with simular problems online, this might help rather than talking face to face!. dont give up, just keep thinking "i can get through this"

good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find yourself some professional help!. Many hospitals, universities, and social services agencies have people who could probably help you!. And, if money is a problem, they usually offer reduced rates or might even not charge you at all!.

If you're as bad off as you have seemed to indicate, the faster you get help, the faster you will start feeling better about yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
