Question: i am always stressed out
I am a teen and I am always stressed out!. I am mostly stressed out about school even though i always do well in school!.what is the mater with me!. what to doWww@Answer-Health@Com

YOu are probably a over achiever!. Some stress is normal!. However if you feel too stressed find ways to clam down!. Listen to claming music, do yoga ( comes on fit TV) go for a walk, or just hang with friends!. If these don't help you can always talk to a counsler at your school!. You may be trying to push yourself to doing so much at once!. Exactly what do you do in school that would make you stressed out all the time!? Are you taking difficult classes that you aren't used to!? Are others pressuring you into things you don't want to do!? You might be one of those individuals that has to be the best at everything and when you get a bad grade or something doesn't go right, you freak out and get stressed out!. It's par for the course! Unfortunately, the teen years are a time of huge emotional turmoil so we can feel down one moment, up the next and on the verge of tears, anger or stressed out!. It is all part of the growing up process and is caused by hormonal factors!.
This knowledge may help a little, but there is another thing you need to know!. Teens need more sleep!. Yes, they do!. Some people may think teens are being anti-social or lazy but they actually do need more sleep due to the huge growth spurts going on!.
Are you getting enough sleep!? Not getting ones proper quota of sleep is a common creator of stress!. Try getting to bed earlier!.

My daughter and I were the same way!. You need an outlet or escape!. We personally enjoy going outside, sitting on the old swing and listening to music and daydreaming every afternoon after supper!. Even in the cold winter time, we bundle up and do this!. We also enjoy the little things such as watching birds, squirrels, rabbits, cats, ect!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's normal for teens to be stressed out!.!.especially about school!. If this goes on for a long time and the stress is affecting your lifestyle then maybe you should see a doctor!. You just want to always do better!.
There's nothing wrong with that!. But, every once in a while, take a break!. Find something that makes you forget your worries for a little!.

Thats exactly how i am somtetimes!. Im almost 17 and this is my junior year, so i have many things that im stressed out about!. What i do to help me take my mind off of things is i go for a run, or i watch a funny/scary movie!. I go out with my friends!. Ha chocolate is always a good stress reliver (its proven to release endorphins, which make you happy!) hahah

Its normal for you to feel stressed youre a teenager, it sounds like its a healthy stress that you have!.!.!.if its gets to the point where you are making yourself tired and sick then you have a problem and you need to talk to your parents about it!.
