Question: Im feeling depressed!.!.
do u ever feel down one min and then u feel happy the next
i always feel like everyone acts like there better then me
when ever i ask my bf a question he changes the subject or he complains about something but its ok for him to talk about stuff he likes!.!.idk!.!.

I am similar in that ill be happy or optimistic for a while and then despite how well or not my day is going my mood can swing to bieng very miserable unexpectedly and some times I wake up misereble as for the everyone acts like there better than u I feel like I am somehow infirior to everyone else like anything I do dosnt matter or isnt appreciated at all you should be happy you have a partner and that someone loves you you should at least have something you can talk about you both likeWww@Answer-Health@Com

That's crap!. You guys should talk because I don't care who this guy thinks he is or who he is, everyone should be able to talk about their issues without getting shut down, especially if he's your boyfriend!. A partner is supposed to be one's best friend, one someone can confide in and if you can't do that with him then he needs a good altitude adjuster!. He needs to be brought down from his high horse and realize that the world doesn't revolve around what he's feeling or his issues!.

A friend of mine always expected that if she was in a bad mood then so should everyone else!. I told her during class one day that just because she was in a crappy mood it didn't mean I had to suffer!. I don't tell her to stop being herself just because I get angry or depressed and now she doesn't do it to me either!.

So maybe he doesn't realize he's doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily!. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily
Step 2: Think before your action!. Don't repeat her past experience on herself!. Remind herself from time to time!.
Step 3: Be confident to yourselves!. Remember everyone is the winner!. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"
Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time
Step 5: Increase scope of life!. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others!.
Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist!. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it!. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought!.
