Question: Im always day dreaming, but its getting to a point, that i cant move while i day dream!.
ive always liked to day dream, just to get away from realitly, and be in my own world!. thats why i love going in the car, because i can just think!. when i was a kid, i never knew what a "good" dream was because i was cursed with either, bad or no dreams!. as i got older ive had less and less dreams, untill recently, ive been having the bad dreams again and again!.!.!. well since im 14, there have been a mix of wet dreams and sex/nightmare dreams!. when i wake up in the mornings, i tend to lay in bed and not get up and pretend to sleep, dont opens my eyes and day dream!. but now its getting to the point that if i lay in bed and day dream, i will get sleep paralyses, only im able to move and im stuck between consciousness and a REM state of mind!. The othe rmorning, i had another wet dream, while in this awake/notawake state of mind, and it was very uncorfatable, because i was concious of where i am, but i couldnt open my eyes because i was still dreaming!. It can get very frightning and i need to know how to stop, but its turned into a reflex, its becoming a natural part of me, like dreaming!. so how can i stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Unfortunately there is no end to this torture!. When your in this state try to focus on the smaller parts first (like your toes and fingers) work from there to your arms until your able to move completly!. Dont panic!.!. If something terrible does arise remember that your body will use natural reflex to get you out of danger (like say your suffocating on your pillow)Www@Answer-Health@Com
