I used to feel the same way!. Please take this into consideration!. It worked for me, although I am not you!.

I had overwhelming anxiety!. It turned out to be my use of Splenda!. Yup Splenda!. How could something that taste so good, be so bad!?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is!. And it is in a lot of stuff!. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it!. You have to read labels!. So, you might be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison!. It ruined five years of my life!. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues and more!.

deep breathing is good when you start to feel your heart racing and thought disordered!. you breath through your nose to you lower abdomen and let if fill up slowly until you reach the top of your lungs, hold it in for a second or two and slloowwlyy let it out through your mouth like your whistling and tongue on your teeth!. also this may sound funny but my doc told me this and has worked!. kegal exercises!. thati s where you flex your vagina or if your a man you flex your anus like your pushing hold for 3 seconds and let goo for 6 seconds and repeat until you are calm again!. then another technique is cold things!. keep frozen bottles of water or pop cicles around for when you feel tense and uppity!. suck on them slowly and by the time you are done you should feel calm again!. if you get panicy a little while after all these techniques i would consider a psychiatrist and tell then i have done all these techniques and i just get panicy all over again right after im done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
