Am I over-reacting? Be honest.!

Question: Am I over-reacting!? Be honest!.
Last night I went to bed like any other night!. I woke up at nearly 3am because I had this nightmare!. I hear a car so I looked through my blinds and saw a car parked between our neighbor's and our house!. It slowly started moving and pulled into our driveway!. The lights turned off and it seemed like someone stopped the car!. This has happened before!. I went to tell someone and by the time they came to the window to see, the car was gone!. I had a severe anxiety attack that night and nearly threw up!. I feel as though someone is stalking me, trying to get me during the early morning!. I've talked to some people I probably shouldn't have talked to that are probably dangerous!. I don't know if I'm just seeing things or if this is actually happening!.

Thanks for your input!.

Honestly, sometimes I have such real dreams and am so deep asleep when I wake up that I don't know where I am - I get up and walk around and look out the window and see our cars and finally figure out where I am - sometimes I don't even know who my husband is!.

I think you are just waking from scarry dreams, freaking out because you are scared, and seeing things from your dream before you are totally awake!.
You need to get your anxiety under control because I would say this isn't really happening, but it IS giving you real stress and whether you see it in a dream or in real life, stress will make you feel like what you described in your additional details!.
You are probably also worried if you really were doing things you shouldn't and that is adding to your stress at nights!.

If you really think someone is stalking you, set up a video feed to try and catch them on video - then you will know if it's real or not, and will have proof to call the cops with!.

The first thing I suggest to get your anxiety under control is meditating and excercise - these will both help with your seratonin produciton - that is the neurotransmitter that controls depression and anxiety!.

Look up meditation on the web and you will find plenty of sites to help you!. Also, get some sun every day (10 minutes is plenty) and eat lots of fresh vegis and fruits - these things also help with seratonin!.
Whether or not you are really seeing this, your anxiety is out of control and you need to work on that!. Just seeing a car in your driveway shouldn't make you sweat and look like you are going to faint!. That's your anxiety going overboard!.

You are probably not just seeing things and if someone is doing what you explained then you have good reason to panic a little!. The panic attack comes from just how one person's body handles a stressful situation!. I know that if you could keep from having a panic attack, you would!.

You may need to talk to your local law enforcement agency!. You don't have to have any proof of whats going on!. You can just tell them about what you have been noticing and then ask them to give you extra patrol!. It should not be problem for them!. Good luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your last sentence, "I don't know if I'm just seeing things or if this is actually happening," is worrisome!. I think you should make an appointment with a mental health professional!. You could be hallucinating or suffering from a little paranoia or just overstressed!. But, it couldn't hurt to talk to someone!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, ask around the neighborhood!. Think; is there anyone who would be stalking you for any reason!?
Do you live with anyone, like family!? Have they seen this car!? The best way to clear paranoia is if someone else can confirm you're not paranoid!.
The best thing for you to do would be to contact a professional, if you can't resolve this as I said above!.

Try putting a monitor in your window facing the outside or a lil spy ware camera and if you catch anything notify the police and let them know your suspicions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm!.!.!. could this be a reoccurring dream!? Like one of those dreams where you think it's real, but you're still asleep!? Keep porch lights on and next time this happens, see if you can get a license plate number or even a picture or video tape!. That way you'll know if it's real or not and you'll have proof to show someone!.

I understand where you are coming from on this!. I am a grown married woman, but absolutely hate the dark!. I still get nightmares and need to sleep with a little bit of light!. Just do what you need to do to overcome this!. Turn the fan on high to drown out the outside noises, don't watch anything scary on TV either!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
