Question: Am i going crazy or am i fine
im angry alot!.i dont know why!.it could be that my dad has cancer!.but some reason i get mad i start to shake and eyes start to twitch and i feel like im gonna snap!.so im i going crazy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you're not going crazy!. You are going through a lot of emotions at the moment similar to grieving which is why you are sometimes angry as there is little that you can do about your fathers condition!.
The best advice is to just be there for your father and spend some time with him!. When you are feeling angry about it then do some sports or something where you can act with healthy aggression such as baseball or basketball or some other sport!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you arent crazy!. You most likely are under
stress with your dad being sick and all!. You may
need to go to the dr!. and get on some anti depressant
or stress meds!. This helps me a lot and calms me
down, no more angry outburst!. Hope things get

No! you've got a heavy weight on your mind, with you dad having cancer:( I wish the best to him, and recovery!. I'd be angry too! I shake too when I'm mad, furious really!. You need to find a good way to let your anger and emotions out or you will feel the anger a lot worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
