Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily!. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily
Step 2: Think before your action!. Don't repeat her past experience on herself!. Remind herself from time to time!.
Step 3: Be confident to yourselves!. Remember everyone is the winner!. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"
Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time
Step 5: Increase scope of life!. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others!.

Your best bet is to try and change your thought process!. When you start getting fearful you should try and remind yourself that you have felt this way before and you were ok and that the feelings will pass!. Are there certain situations that trigger the panic attack!. If so, you should take small steps to do those things little by little until you can do it a few times and realize that you will be ok!. I have the same problem and I am terrified of medication, so I am trying to overcome my fears!. It is a slower process, but I think we can do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you should worry about therapy just yet!. I had some of the same symptoms, and I went to my doctor about it!. She ran a thyroid test and discovered that all of my symptoms were being caused by hyperthyroidism!. Went to an endocrinologist, found out that I had the EXTREME version (Graves' Disease), and started a pill treatment!. 5 months later, my thyroid is almost under control and I feel better than ever!.
It couldn't hurt to have the amount of thyroid hormone in you bloodstream tested!. In fact if you do have that problem and it is left untreated, it can be life threatening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same thing!. You feel like your having a heart attack and you can't sleep at night, it's involuntary and you can't control it!. You do really need to see a doctor if you can!. My doctor put me on Lexapro and Xanax and it really did help!. He also told me I should see a counselor!. Counseling may only help if your anxiety is because of some kind of traumatic experience!. Mine started after I had my daughter!. He believes mine is hormone related!. I have been reading a lot of books about relaxation techniques and reading on-line this has also helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

knowing what it is makes a big difference!. yesterday i had a panic attack while driveing, so i talked myself out of it!. i even joked with myself a little bit, and next thing you know i started feeling better!. i don't know if you ever overcome it, you just learn to live with it!. it's not so bad after a while!. i too have alot of fears, but i remember that they are just fears!. medication does help, maybe try takeing it on a temporary basis; talk to your doctor!. I personally suffer from panic disorder and have been on medication for it in the past!. I used to be on Lexapro and decided that I wanted to try to overcome it without the use of medications!. I have been off the meds now for about 7 months and am unfortunately not doing very well!. I have however been reading some books on panic attacks and how to overcome them without meds!. One book in particular is quite good it is called "When Panic Attacks" by Dr!. David D!. Burns!. It focuses on a technique called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy!. It is a way of re-training your negative thought patterns into positive thoughts!. Pretty deep and requires alot of time applying it to yourself!. You can't just read it!.!.!.you have to APPLY IT!!! I unfortunately have given up trying at this point and am considering going back on meds because my doctor is concerned that the panic is having a bad affect on me physically!. My heartrate and blood pressure sky rocket when I am anxious which can put alot of strain on my heart and blood vessels!. Because I am anxious so often!.!.!.!. medication is recommended!. I guess it just depends on how severe your panic is and how determined you are to overcome it!. Good luck to you whatever you decide!. Feel free to email me if you have any further questions!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have suffered from panic attacks for years!. To the point I was and still can become agoraphobic!. I was told by a therapist that I wasn't going to die, that no one has ever died from panicking! I learned to push myself!. I pushed myself daily past my comfort zone!. I was told (because I am Irish and can have an attitude!) to use my temper and get mad at myself and push myself! I would call myself a wimp! After about six months I got a lot better!. Don't rely on meds!. they don't always work and have serious side effects!. You will have your good moments and your bad!. I unfortunately are having my bad moments now but just keep trying! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, I think I can be of some help!. About 8 years ago I went through about a year of panic attacks (panic disorder)!. It became discouraging because many people talk about it as if it is something that will stay forever!. It is NOT!. Once you start focusing on taking care of your body ie eating well, exercises such as yoga to ease the mind, massage also helps, the symptoms will slowly dissipate!. High stress times will cause strange things to happen in the body, especially when you are holding stress in your muscles!. You WILL get through it and you do not HAVE to resort to meds!. For the short time i took meds I found that they only made them worse!. I have not had a panic attack for 7 years now, it is possible to overcome!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
