Sometimes make bad decisions or cannot think at all!? I do!!! My mind gets very hazzy and fuzzy when it comes to making decisions and I get a very strange feeling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats a common thing with me!. I sometimes cannot decide what to have for dinner and this can stress me out!.I can be impulsive at times, I flew to South Korea once because some people in the room with me said I could not!. Hope this helps !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Wow is right!. Some of my highs are really bad, I take meds constantly and things have improved!. I find myself standing in the super market for half an hour at a time trying to decide what to cook for tea!. The stress of it gets so much for me that I sometimes walk out all sweaty and red in the face and burst into tears!. If my kids are with me buzzing around my feet saying "come on mum come on mum", I feel like I'm in the middle of a war zone!. I pick things up, then change my mind and put them down again!. aaarrrggghhh! It's so frustrating!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

when a situation comes when i have to make a decision, i feel!.!.!. dunno!. it is just that i make a very fast decision and then ( the usual) i regret it!.

ADVICE: when you have to make a decision: think of the thing that makes you happy and then think of the worst thing that could happen and then try to balance between this and that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel!. I have a lot of trouble making even the most insignificant decision!. I get confused then angry/upset!. This problem has been really holding me back recently & I would be interested to know if anyone has any strategies to combat this problem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
