How can i handle anxieties in class?!

Question: How can i handle anxieties in class!?
Answers:
There are situations where everyone feels anxious and the best thing to do is to just deal with it!.

If you are being teased by someone you could try to ignore them, however if they dont stop then you will need to say something to them about it!.

If you are stressing about the schoolwork, perhaps where you cannot perform it, then speak with your teacher about it!.

If there is pressure for you to behave in a certain way then you will need to check your mind to see if you'd like yourself if you acted in that way, wore those clothes, hung out with those people!.

I often feel anxious in class!. Whenever I prove myself, I usually feel better, like people know where I stand!.

When you know an answer to something, or have something good to contribute to a conversation, don't hesitate!. You'll feel more confident, and you'll get positive responses from your teachers/peers!.

You just have to put yourself out there!. :/
