Anxiety. help please.?!


Question: Anxiety!. help please!.!?
Okay so its the first day of school in 7 hours!. Im nervous, and I feel sick!. Im worried and I really dont want to run into certain people because if I do, I wont know what to say and!.!.!.!.!. its just bad!. Can someone please give me some advice on how to calm myself!? I know this question is dumb but I really need help here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So the first day of school is coming close and you feel so worried and anxious about almost everything!.!.!.!. This is just normal!. FYI, we all experience that!. So to help you calm down, just think that the person next to you or the people you run into feel the same way as you do!. Don't worry about not knowing what to say!. The best thing you can do is to just be yourself and not try to please everybody cause if you do, you will only end up feeling even worse!.
Also, if you can't help but feel anxious, do a deep breathing!. This will certainly help you to calm down!.

What's the worst these "certain people" can do to you!? I'm not sure what kind of school you're going to, but I think it's normal to be nervous before your first day!.

I know I'm probably not much of a help, but just try to relax and realize no matter what, you're going to go to school, you might as well try to make the best of it!. Don't run from your problems, confront them, then you'll have peace!.

hmmm i don't think everybody experience that like the above post said!. there's probably a reason why you're like that!. if that keeps on going then there really is something wrong but i guess its normal!. dont think what to tell other people for they dont think or care what to say to you too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do what most athletes do- especially in the olympics--they "zone out"!.!.!.!.just picture yourself somewhere else and keep that mind set!.!.!.and if you awake and you are in front of people you don't want to associate with, just ignore them and walk away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop drinking coffee and stop cursing and start doing things that are good for you like exercise and yoga!. See site below for more on this!.

this is normal!.!.maybe you are feeling home-sick like i used to as well!.!. in fact a lot!.!. :) just find friends and start talking to them!.!. make yourself feel comfortable!.!. you will do fine as time goes by!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
