Question: I'm addicted to sugar!?
I just don't feel right unless I stuff myself with like 6 Subway cookies!. It's even worse than going without sex!. You know, how good you feel after having sex!. I just don't feel right unless I stuff myself with sweets!. A couple points for you thoughts!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, I was there once myself!. Couldn't stop till I had my 'sugar fix'!. It was all I could dream about; all I could think about!. (Drove my husband mad on ocassion, but I was too 'consumed' to be bothered by anything else)
Cakes, sweets, donuts!.!.!. I gained weight, had a tooth removed and felt some wrinkles coming on before I finally got hold of myself and resolved to do something about it!.
Friends told me to try natural sweeteners (better than artificial ones), and slowly willed myself to wean away from those sweet snacks!. I didn't want to be bloated and look like 60 when I'm in my late 20's or 30's!. It's all about will power, girl, and the fact that there are sweeter things in life to live for -- like family love, and sex ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not an addiction in called a craving change ur eating habits and it will go away its not an addiction at all and addiction nis where the subject fills your mind and its the only thing you think about addiction is something more serious then "subway cookies"Www@Answer-Health@Com
