Question: A question about being crazy!. !. !.(Serious answers please)!?
I often talk to my self in a weird way as if I imagine something has happened and then I do something!. It is hard to explain!.

I often get images in my head of killing someone and I don't want to so then I picture that person all happy and having fun in case that is actually happens because I thought of it!.

Also I am afraid to go to sleep in case i sleep walk and hurt someone!.

Am I normal!? I often have to write certain things down and do stuff to stop myself doing something!.

For a couple of months now i have been making myself sick because i have had the urge to because I have either ate too much or someone has said something to me!.

What should I do, i don't want to see a therapist because I'm not crazy :l!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Based on the symptoms you've mentioned, here is what I would recommend:

First off, good for you seeking advice and admitting you have a problem!. Most people are in denial about that and feel they are too good to have a "mental illness!." With that said, you did say you dont want to see a therapist because you are "not crazy!."

"Crazy" isn't exactly a fair term to use, but I definitely think you have disordered thinking/thought processes!.

Talking to yourself is fairly normal!. Basically thinking a loud!. If you do it in public, that may be considered abnormal!.

Thoughts of killing someone (especially loved ones) is a symptom of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (more so than schizophrenia)

Affraid to sleep thinking you will hurt someone!.!.!.that is a symptom of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and also borders paranoia

Writing things down to calm yourself!.!.!.!.possible signs of an Anxiety disorder or even symptoms of paranoia

I think if you are serious about getting help you have to admit youre not better than any disease!. Especially a mental disease or disorder!. I would strongly recommend going to see a therapist!. IF you do, you absolutely HAVE To tell them everything you are experiencing!. Be honest and open!. It will be hard!. But if they are to truly assist you to the fullest degree you have to tell them all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not crazy, but you need help you need to talk with someone like a doctor or else that could help you to get throw this (it is like you have a toothache and you must go to a dentist) there is nothing to be afraid or shamed off because we all have problems!. so please go and visit a doctor is for your good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You aren't crazy because you realize something is wrong, but you do need help!. There are medications that can make these things stop, you should talk to your doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

She's right, you're not crazy because you recognize a problem!.

Maybe herbs would help!. I hope so!. To help you sleep safely, try melatonin!. It is natural and has no side effects, but please don't do it more than 4 times a week, slacking off as things get easier!.
To help you keep your moods under control, I recommend St!. Johns' Wort tea with honey
I sometimes use these things and they do help!. Maybe you could benefit from some sort of meditation!. My daughter tells me that Bhuddist meditation helps her with her temper!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No one here can diagnose you, but I think it's fair to say that you are loaded up with anxiety and anger if you are having so many thoughts and fears of hurting others combined with sleeping issues, eating issues, and so forth!. You probably don't have a temper because you've squished it all down deep inside!.

People do not need to be "crazy" to see a therapist, and I think you'd really benefit from one!. Of course, you can continue to keep all this bottled up until some of it leaks out!.!.!. which is your fear!. So why not go avoid that!.

Btw, I don't think you are "crazy!." But, contrary to popular opinion, crazy ppl often know they are going crazy!. Ask anyone who is bipolar (me for example) or many with schizophrenia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
