Answers:
Why not!? It is usually the medication (zyprexa) that increases the appetite or increases water retention in the body which contributes to the weight gain!. So, any help to lose those extra pounds, even through walking is great!. It also helps improve the health of both body and mind!.

I also gained quite a lot of weight on some medication!. I have found that you have to be serious about losing weight in order for it to come off!.

I think losing 1lb / week is a realistic goal!. You can achieve this by cycling for 30minutes a day and making improvements to your diet!. At first it will be difficult, but it will get easier with time!.

Walking does work, but the amount of walking you have to do in order to lose weight is depressing!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be hard, but if you see a dietian and get an exercise regimen that might help!. I am sorry you have gained weight on medication!. I have also!. I know how it feels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
