First, it seems now a days with teenagers they think that if they aren't 80-90 lb they are overweight/obese!. You NEED to stop telling people your weight and your pants size - it means nothing whatsoever!. It's about how you carry yourself!. I guarantee that if you told a random person on here (they haven't seen you or anything) that you're 220 LB they will say you are obese!.!.!. Why!? Because 220 lb is quite bigger for a female!. Don't tell anyone at school how much you weigh!.!. Why!? It's IRRELEVANT!. OFTEN, these people (especially considering you are in school with immature kids) are the most ignorant people you'll ever meet!. They see how much you weigh and are quick to assume!. They don't take into consideration that MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT! Which is obviously your case!.!.!.!.!. Who cares what the scale says!? It's about how you carry YOURSELF!. And how you feel about YOURSELF!. If you want to lose more weight for YOURSELF then do you! It's about what you want to do - not about what anyone thinks is in your best interest!. You first need to accept yourself before sole will!.

Another thing that you are lacking - do you want to know what the most important tool in weight loss is!? YOUR MIND!. Weight loss is a mind game!. If you aren't ever going to feel good, what's the point of even trying!? You need to work things out in your mind before you can continue!. If you think you're fat, then you are going to be fat!. If you think you're skinny, then you are going to be skinny!. Stop dwelling on your weight!. Go workout, eat right and most importantly have fun! Worrying about your size and how much you weigh is the only thing stopping you at this point!. You will never feel good about yourself thinking like this!. All this stress you are putting on yourself can AND WILL make your body retain weight!. Please, work things out with your mind before you continue or else you will remain the same!. You don't feel you look good!? That's the problem!.!.!. You have the statistics, you lost 20 lb!.!.!. NOW it's a mental game!. Work it out in your head!.!.!.!. Remember, mind over matter!. Good luck!. Take care!.
