Is it normal (mentally) to take showers in the dark?!

Question: Is it normal (mentally) to take showers in the dark!?
Answers:
Pete: Sounds like fun actually!. I'd be concerned about the reason you prefer to shower in the dark!. If it's because you don't like your own body or if you think others are looking at you in an otherwise empty room, then I would suggest that you should maybe talk to a professional about it!. If you just do it because you like it that way, then I don't see anything wrong with it!. Hope this helps! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should ask my wife!. She likes to do that too!. She says its more relaxing!. Other than the fact that she could fall and hurt herself I have no real problem with it!. She seems as normal as anybody else!.

But I suppose that depends on your definition of normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't take showers in the dark (mostly because I take them in the morning) but a lot of the time I shower with the lights off so its just the natural light coming through the bathroom windows!. Its peaceful and calming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'd say most people take it in the light!? but there is no harm in doing it in the dark!.

i'd be scared too, though!. i have a fear of the dark ;( Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a bit odd, but if that's how you like to shower, then I guess it is, for you! I don't see what it hurts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
