How can I gain confidence?!


Question: How can I gain confidence!?
I'm in the normal weight range for my height, I'm right in the middle of the normal range!.!.!.yet I still think I'm fat, I still feel unattractive, and I have actually stopped eating for a little bit at a time, like not eating a lot during a day, just so I can feel satisfied with the weight I lose!. I'm scared this is going to turn into a serious health problem and I really don't want that!.!.!.I want to be healthy but I want to be happy with myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest just stop feeling like you are fat or bad people often look at the bad things about them but not the good things i suggest whenever you feel bad just think of all the good things about you and think at least i am not as fat as people on the biggest loser! as well as that you could excersise and eat healthy if you still feel bad

An accomplishment can be learning how to drive, passing a test, being able to create and maintain a website, taking care of someone's children, being able to shop within a budget, being able to maintain a diet or exercise, etc!.

Another method is to have a gratitude list where you note what things you have been grateful for as you have gone about your day!.

A further method is by using meditation, specifically the method of generating love and compassion for all sentient beings!.

A fourth method is to focus on what you are good at and increase your knowledge of that area until you become an expert at it!.
