Question: Coping with loosing all friends!? !?
ive currently got no friends
and its really hard
especially during school
i act like its ok
i try not to get to down
but things are really starting to get to me
i dont wanna whinge and *****
idk
i find it really hard to make friends
im really shy
things just arnt going well for me at the moment
i find myself more depressed every day
i tell everybody im ok
but im seriously hurting
i just lost my best friend
im failing school and getting exspelled
im rather unattractive and overweight
i just feel like complete crap
i really dont know wat to do
please if ur going to be mean about wat ive wrote please dont
i have the right to ask questions just the same as anybody else

if anybody has any advice id like to here it =]
thank you all

and i cant go out and just find people to talk to

don't give up you had made the first move by talking to us here!. In one stage in life all of us go through this with friends, i have and many others have, but what u must remember life is hard and it can be cruel at times!. Life will improve for you i have faith that it will, we can only learn from these lessons in life that are thrown to us!. Your life is way too important, don't think about taking your life just over these friends u have lost!. As you said your in high school, think about life past high school it will give you new and exciting challenges!.

Do stuff, anything, and friends will come out of it!. Doing nothing and expecting everything will not work

Look, don't let your body feel like this, you feel bad about yourself probably because your shy & it is hard to make friends!.
Walk over to someone who is also unlucky in finding friends and start a light conversation with that person!. Ask them how their day has been and if they give a simple answer like ''good'' just say ''ok'', tell them how your day has been even if they dont ask!. If you start to laugh around and things like that, they are the friend for you!. If not DONT GIVE UP!!!!! that's the worst thing that you can do!! First of all, I'm Oscar from Mexico and my English is king of bad!.
I've been in the same situation as you, but for me was worst because I left everything in mexico, I began highschool with no friends, English, and noone to talk to, still at this moment is hard!.
What I can tell u is not to give up, do stuffs that u really enjoy, and talk to someone who u trust, it can be a teacher, relative!.!.!.
And with the other thind (shy) u should not be like that, put all u'r effort to change that cuz believe me I'm also shy, really, and all I got from it was a feeling of depression, no friends, thoughts of suicide, hurting
myself, and letting me down!. Look for help and u really find the true ones, BUT LOOK FOR IT, BELIEVE ME I'VE WAITING FOR IT TO COME AND AFTER 4 YEARS STILL WON'T COME, U HAVE TO GO FOR IT!.

You're probably only doing bad in school because you're depressed!. My advice would be to maybe try to find some new friends - I know you said that you're shy, but if your old friends left you they can't have been very good friends!. Are there any clubs or societies which you can join at the school!? You might find like - minded people there who you can easily talk to, and befriend!.

Maybe talk to your school counselor about your feelings!. Or, even better, your parents!.

Just remember that every life is worth living, no matter how bad it gets!. You'll find someone eventually, you just have to keep trying!.

On getting rid of the depression, try taking long walks!. Do some hiking!. Stuff like that gets you to think about things, and feel better about them!. It's also good exercise!.

If you want to try and lose weight, then maybe go healthier!.
