Anger management????!


Question: Anger management!?!?!?!?
So I have major stress and anger problems!. What kind of things can I do to control these things!? All the stress causes my anger problem to be much worse and I have a VERY short fuse!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could take some yoga classes, thats what i did


also whenever you feel that you are losing it just excuse yourself and walk away!. Remind yourself of a funny time and think positive and whatnot!. counting and singing helps me, but you know yourself better than i do so find something that relaxed you!. you could bring an ipod around and when you feel that you can't take it anymore just pop in your headphones and listen to calming, rock, or a funny podcast!.

Check your schedule and see if you are first of all , eating right (getting the nutrients that your mind and body requires), watching your sugar intake, sleeping at night and getting the right kind of rest!.!.!.
If theses are in balance, you probably need to talk out your feelings with someone you can trust!. Not just anyone ! Ask you doctor for input and suggestions!. He should know how to get help that you need!.

Try counting to ten slowly, with your eyes closed, and with a deep breath, backwards!. MAYBE that can help extend the fuse a little bit longer, and hopefully make you less angry at times!. Try meditating for relaxation every night before you go to bed, and every morning when you wake up!. It should leave you mellow through day and night!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
