There are actually special lights made for people with S!.A!.D!. It is meant to mimic the sun rising in the morning!. You just put it in your bedroom and set a timer!. It slowly gets brighter and brighter!. It has actually been proven to help people with S!.A!.D!. Unfortunatley, Im not sure where to purchase these lights or the cost but I imagine it would be cheaper and easier than moving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
