Question: When I'm trying to sleep, I close my eyes&&I can't move at all!?
I can't even open my eyes!. It's only for about 10 or less seconds!.
But I start to panic&&everything!.
Anyone know what's wrong!?

It's happened to me a couple of times!. It's like the other person said, sleep paralysis and it happens to everybody its just that most people aren't aware of it because the slowly awake, you only see the effects if you wake suddenly from a dream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
this happens to my friend sometimes, she has a condition called Narcolepsy!. its a sleeping disorder, and its almost like randomly faintin for a few minutes!. she cant move, but can still hear wats going on around her!. i dont no if any of that applies to you but it might be thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
