There's hope!.You need something to get your mind off of this!.Try expressing your feelings in art!.It's good that you are praying to GOD about this!.This is the time when you need to talk to GOD!.Crying won't bring her back and I don't think she would want to see you sad over this if she was living!.She would want you to go on with your life!.If she was saved, she is in a better place now and is done with her suffering here on earth!.Think of all of the positive things instead of the negatives!.Listen to some constructive music like Switchfoot and Jon Foreman!.Don't listen to songs that make you sad or anything!.Get involved in sports or church activities!.You will meet friends and it will get your mind off of her!.Watch constructive television shows or play constructive video games!.It will keep you occupied and your mind occupied as well!.I hope that I helped you in some way!.Hopefully you feel better now!.GOD BLESS you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sorry for your loss!. As a counselor, I have experience in working on grief and loss!. It is definitely ok to cry and the grief will pass in time!. It has been recent and given that you were close, it may take longer for you to feel better than you might want!. The important thing is to get out what you are feeling, whether it means talking to someone or writing your feelings down or drawing or painting or whatever!. Facing your feelings and getting through them is the best way to heal!. And give yourself time to heal!. Know that you will be ok even though you don't feel ok now!. Know that this won't last forever but that this is just part of the healing process!. What you are experiencing is a natural reaction to a loved one passing!. Consider seeing a counselor or joining a support group to help you through the grief as well!. Take care and be well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Awe!. I am really sorry about that!. And you are not going to loose another family member!. You need to think happy thoughts before you go to bed!. Like read a happy book, listen to relaxation music, watch a funny t!.v!. show, Watch your favorite movie!. Anything to get your mind off of it!. If that doesn't help you may need to attend therapy for the loss!. It is good to cry because it gets your feelings out but at the same time its painful!.

There is nothing wrong with crying because that's what makes us human!. Just know that your mom is in a better place and is looking down on you and wants you to be happy!. I know its hard but I am sure she does not want you to cry about something that cant be changed!. She is still living, even if shes not physically with you!. You can always talk to her and I bet she will listen!. I dint know if your religious or not but I believe that everything in life happens for a reason even though we may not always understand it!. Try to write poetry to express your feelings!. I always write poetry when I am down or listen to music!. I will post a link of a video on youtube that helped me alot!. Hope you feel better soon!.

You need a big (((hug))) of comfort!

As much as we love our loved ones, we can't keep them from dying, so don't blame yourself!. I promise you: the pain of losing her will lessen!. You will never forget her, nor has she forgotten you!. Take comfort that she is with the Lord and Heaven is a wonderful place!. Ask God for comfort and strength when you pray!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
