Question: I'm feeling depressed!. Where can I find help without having to pay a lot of money!?
Answers:
I wouldn't see a psychiatrist, because any visit to a mental health physician goes on your permanent medical record!. It would be easier, cheaper, and better for you to talk to your family, a pastor (even if it's not yours), or some friends about what's troubling you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your local mental health department usually charges based on ability to pay!. If you have insurance, go off your insurance plan!. If you are looking for a therapist, some do sliding scale fees!. It all depends on the type of help you are seeking, where you live, and your ability to pay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

www!.nami!.com!.

They should have some free support groups and other services in your area!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
