How to make my self ill?!


Question: How to make my self ill!?
Okay this is gonna sound sooo stupid, but i want to loose some weight to go back to school, i want to make myself ill (flu, vomiting) anything that with make me feel like not eating, when i was about 11 i was ill i was vomiting and all that, and i lost some weight!. and was kinda happy about it!.


and i dont want people saying
"OMG why r u doing this!?" blah blah blah!.!.!.

This doesn't sound stupid at all - loads of us feel this way!. I lost a stone in 4 weeks - I didn't make myself ill!. Every evening I took myself for a 20 minute walk - difference was, that I walked really fast - not a run or a jog, but really fast!. Truly - it worked!. If you really want to help yourself, try to stick to three sensible meals a day - not too much fat!. This isn't always easy as there is always the temptation to skip meals!. Keep the portions small - and walk fast for 20 mins each day!. Do you have a dog!? I didn't, but I decided not to worry about what other people thought, I just wobbled along at a fast speed!. I felt so much better when I got on the scales and saw that I had lost a stone - it helped me to carry on!. I didn't really change my eating habits and I still lost a stone!.

I am so, so sorry, but there is not gain without pain!. Please don't try to make yourself ill - you can do this just as quick with walking (far less boring that Gyms and you get to look in the windows of other peoples houses!) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go out when it's cold and raining, sit on a cold step for a long time, do a lot of hard labour in a short amount of time, heavy lifting, etc, it really drains you and makes you tired and not want to eat!.

But seriously, it's not good for you, maybe just try eating less, just stop yourself from eating until your really hungry, i do it all the time!. (Still not very good for you, but not as bad as making yourself ill)Www@Answer-Health@Com

what do you expect people to tell you!? dieting actually triggers binge eating!. don't throw up, it is so bad for you and potentially life threatening!. you can tear your stomach lining, suffer malnutrition, dehydration, fatigue, skin irritations, get constipation and bloating, sores in the throat and mouth, tooth decay from the stomach acid you are purging up, heart failure, loss of menstrual cycle etc!.!.!.!. and then eventually you will be put in a hospital on a drip and be force fed!. the worse thing is it is will take over your life, your social life will suffer, you wont be able to cope at school and it will have a serious affect on your family relationships!. if this doesn't make you reconsider the decision then i guess you have serious psychological issues!. if you want to lose weight seriously the best and healthiest way to do it is to eat three healthy meals per day (avoid things like white rice eat brown instead, white bread eat wholemeal, and pasta they are high in carbs) and try fruit and veggies and lentils and get out there and exorcise for at least 30 minutes per day!. healthy eating and exorcise will help you live a long, happy and prosperous life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and ME, I love having days where I feel well, pain free and full of energy!. I can't quite understand why you'd wish illness on yourself, even if it is to loose weight!. DO NOT take any advice from the ridiculous, callous, pathetic neanderthals on here that are telling you to 'stick your fingers down your throat' !!!
I'm a recovered bulimic and anorexic and would not recommend that you go down that road!. Just before I was put in hospital when I was at my worst about 8 years ago (in my early 20's), my hair was falling out, the enamel on my teeth was wearing away because of the stomach acids when I was making myself sick, and I had a nervous breakdown!. I've been left with osteoporosis and infertility now, because of what I / the disease put my body through!.

You've got to explore safer, more rational ways of loosing and controlling your weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't wana make yourself ill if you need to loose weight eat healthy food, if you keep your carbs low then when you exercise the body will use the fat coz you've used the carbs!. maybe join a gym, if you can go with a friend coz it helps don't starve yourself coz you can cause damage!. Why eat more than necessary in the first place!? I eating sometimes when I'm bored, so I gained weight!. I reduced my intake to the bare necessities and eat about one meal a day and lost five pounds!. the best thing is I'm not even hungry!. Try that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nobody really helped, I had a trick like this only I didn't do it on purpose!. I just drank Chocolate milk filled me up so I didn't have to eat, then I guess my body got use to not eating, so I wasn't hungry!. Might not sound smart but it worksWww@Answer-Health@Com
