Should I tell my psychiatrist about this?!

Question: Should I tell my psychiatrist about this!?
I have depression and anxiety and Im on antidepressants!. Recently I have become paranoid!. I check everywhere for hidden cameras!. I think people are watching me all the time and that they are trying to poison me!. Im sure that my family is behind everything and that they are trying to turn everyone against me!. I am convinced that they arent my real parents and that Im adopted but I dont know who they are working for!. I also have checked all my books and letters for hidden messages!. I never thought any of this before but then someone started to put their thought into my head by telepathy or something and they warned me about everything thats happening!. This is so real to me but some people have suggested paranoid schizophrenia!. Im just so confused because although it seems too strange to be real Im sure it is!. I want to ask my psychiatrists advice but Im afraid he is going to think Im crazy!. What do you think I should do!? Is it even possible to have depression and schizophrenia at the same time!? Answers:
You NEED to tell your psychiatrist about this!. He won't think you're crazy, he's a psychiatrist!. His job is to help people with mental health issues!.

It sounds like schizophrenia to me, but it could be anything from the meds you're on to a blood sugar problem (seriously, blood sugar is linked to mental health issues)!. You need to talk to a professional in order to get it figured out!.

Depression and schizophernia CAN co-exist!. There is also something called schizoaffective disorder, which is where symptoms of schizophrenia and a mood disorder (depression or bipolar) exist in a single disorder!.

You need to talk about this!. Best of luck to you in finding help and getting back to feeling better!. You can email me if you like!. I'm bipolar and I've had some pretty serious paranoia issues in the past!.

Stay strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like paranoid schizophrenia and yes you can have that and depression at the same time!. I suggest you tell your psychiatrist immediately, before the problem gets worst and you might hurt others or yourself!. Trust me the psychiatrist is there to help you not hurt you and call you crazy, you just have a serious condition and you need help as soon as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely, tell your psychiatrist!. He may need to change your meds, it may be something as simple as that!. You may be having obsessive compulsive disorder!.
Yes it is possible to have depression and another mental illness at the same time!. I have anxiety and panic attacks, depression, and OCD!.
If you need someone to talk to or want to talk, please feel free to e-mail me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ABSOLUTELY! They may need to adjust your medication!. If you are taking antidepressants for depression and anxiety but, in fact, have a different condition - like bipolar - these meds can make the condition worse instead of help you!. If these symptoms have started after taking medication, I would suspect them rather than your family!. I know that the things that you are feeling are very real to you!. My son experiences some of the same things!. I am proud of you for seeking professional help!. I wish my son would!.
Best wishesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it's very important to let your psychiatrist know about this asap!. They may need to change your medications and further evaluate you!. Please don't wait to call him today! He is a professional and will not think your crazy!. It's very possible to have depression and schizophrenia at the same time!.

Good luck and take care of yourself and call!. You will make yourself better if you do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if you can have them both at the same time, but tell your psychiatrist, cause they will know!. It could be a side effect of the medication you're on or something!?

Psychiatrists are used to crazy :) And you aren't crazy anyway - they will probz put you on medication or something, and maybe increase your visits to them!.

Yes, it's possible!. Depression can cause other syndrome and I really think that you should tell this to your psychiatrist coz after all he/she is the one who's trying to help you to get better!. He/she won't think that you are crazy, he/she will only know better about your situation, and have better knowledge to help you!.

I hope you will feel better and more clarity soon!. Remember you are not alone!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest you study numerology and star charts!. You may very well be a victim of a UFO abduction!. Adopted children are abducted more!. Look for small bumps on your body or any ailments that are unexplainable!.

Stop eating in restaurants, you never know what they put in your food!. To test if your parents are real or not, try the Soloman wisdome test!. A real parent would never want their child harmed!. Put a kitchen knife up to your jugular and threaten to kill yourself in front of your parents!. If they don't plead and cry, you are not their kid, just kill ourself!.

Upon unconscienceness, the UFO will rescue you!. You will wake up in a "Hospitol"!. But the nurses and doctors aren't human!. And once you wake up, don't fall asleep!. That is when they will replace your brain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely let them know- your psychiatrist will NOT think you are crazy, they deal with people who suffer from the same symptoms as you on a daily basis, you are not alone!. It's very possible to have both, but let her know or else you will just get worse and the anxiety will get hard to deal with!. Don't let it run your life!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Who else are you going to tell!? If you don't trust this person who has no stake in your life, other then as a paid consultant, then who can you trust!? It is more than possible to have depression and schizophrenia at the same time!. If you are on medication, you may be having problems with the dosage!. There really is no such thing as telepathy, no one can put thoughts into your head but you!. Sanp out of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes,it is best to let her know what is going on,cause by being honest with her she will know how to help you!.please do not think you are crazy cause you have mental health issues,as there's so many people out there who have them, but can also lead healthy, happy productive lives!.yes,a person can have more than one mental health problem!.hope things get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is!. You should tell him!. Don't be worried of him thinking you are crazy, he is not there to judge you he is there to help!. He won't think your crazy at all!.
There are things they can do for you to help, it's always better to talk then hold things back especially things like that!.

Edit: To those immature morons who can't help but leave rude comments about her posting this on the internet, grow up for god sake!. She's asking for help, not to have rude comments thrown at her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should call your mental health professional and make them aware of the situation as soon as possible!. They may want to see you before your next regular appt!. It is possible to have multiple psychiatric diseases at one time!. Your medication may as well be causing problems!. There are too many factor to speculate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like all the things a psychiatrist should know!. If you dont want to tell him then convince yourself that you just arnt that important for anyone to need to spy on!. What could they possibly acheive from doing this!? And what could you lose!? There are no cameras, messages or poison! Relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that if you have enough courage to post this on a public website, you can build up to tell your psychiatrist!. He is there to help you, not judge you!. *my friends call me the "shrink" if you ever need to talk about something confidentially send me an email*Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely tell your doctor!. He's there to help you, not to judge you!. If you ignore the problem, it'll get even worse, and you won't have any other alternative than to go visit a doctor in the end!. But why wait til the end if you can stop it while it's still in it's early stages!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Talk to your psychiatrist, they're trained to deal with these sorts of questions, and they're there to help you, not to judge!. They've most likely heard everything, so you won't be the first one to talk to them about that sort of thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!.!. The fact that you're asking if you should tell your shrink that you're paranoid indicates that you're not actually paranoid!. Paranoids are convinced that they're not wrong in their suspicions(which makes them tons of fun to treat)!.

Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, definitely talk to your psychiatrist!. You have to be able to talk with him about what's going on!. He's there, not to judge you as crazy/not crazy, but to help you work through the things that are bothering you!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How are you comfortable on a computer, talking to strangers!? If some of the people on YA don't make you paranoid, I don't know what will!

***Sigh**** Yes, talk to the shrink!. Make them earn their money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I absolutely think you should let your dr know!. You pay them money to help you with your health - including mental health!. They aren't paid to judge people, only to treat conditions!. Do not lose sight of that! Good luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes
you should tell your psychiatrist about your depression and your anxiety!. Because it leads to getting sick and it don't just affect you if affect your family too Www@Answer-Health@Com

YEs, Tell her ASAP!. I might be secondary affects of the drugs your taking and you should stop taking them!. That what she's there for!!

And it is possible to be paranoid schitsophrenicWww@Answer-Health@Com
