I have anxiety, what to do?!


Question: I have anxiety, what to do!?
And its really annoying, it just came up and I dont know why!. I'm at work so there isnt really anything I can do or any place I can go!. What CAN I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For such people, the best remedy is to have self-confidence first!. Please analyze why you have got this anxiety!. Has it got anything to do with victimization or harassment somewhere!.

In any case please do not lose heart!. Consult the psychiatrist and explain your problems!. It is better if you take some known relative or friend along with you while going to the Psychiatrist!. Take proper diet and rest!. You will become alright soon!. Be bold and courageous whatever may come in life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is what i do when i have anxiety, Breath in deep and then breath out, just calm breathing!. Then think through your mind what is upseting you, or what your afraid of!. Because anxiety is fear most of the time if not all the time!. Then remind yourself you are fine and that everything is ok!. That there is nothing wrong and just calm yourself!. also think of something good that is comeing up, like something exciteingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Find a pod cast of relaxing music!. Take up yoga!. Deep breathing!. I have intense anxiety and that is what helps me!. Or sometimes just freaking out for a moment may help!. Find what works for you!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try meditating or going for excersize for now

but you should see an anxiety specialist ( like me)
or buy some CALM its a tea that makes your anxiety go away really fast!. you can buy it at whole foods!. (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
