i'm so sick of doing crap for people and i feel like i'm breaking down, i don't know why i keep saying yes to help them and stuff and i never do things for myself, and for the things i want to do noone ever wants to do it!.!.ugh i'm sick of it =(
any suggestions to do things for myself!? or how to say no to people!?
