Your doctor can refer you to a therapist!. You just have to realize it is OCD and not you!. Realize and consider consiquences and let it go-or laugh at it and tell OCD not to go there!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The thing that helped me was music!. I sang my ocd rage away on stage!. My son who has adhd, odd ,ocd and slight autism is taking Extreme martial arts (karate etc!.!.!.) I also have adhd as an adult ,mixed with bi-polar(manic depression)
PC games help allot, but they mask the real deal
The real deal is learning to deal with others!.!.!. The thoughts that race through each of our minds can have devasting outcomes!. My son and I take medication daily to help some symptoms!.!.!. Maybe you could look into seeing a mental health professional to help you gain your control!. God bless you Don't give upWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to talk to your doctor or you will be on your way to jail!. You could hurt someone very badly and then they will put you in jail and your only consolation will be that they will make some TV show about the crappy things you did!. That will be your '15 minutes'!. Then you will just rot away in your cell, forever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to a mental health professional!. You will feel better!. The end!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
