I wouldn't listen to people saying "sounds like depression" and "go and see a doctor" (although they can be good for someone to talk to)!. Everyone feels down every now and then, even if it's for a few weeks or more at a time!. Sorry you're not feeling too great at the moment, just remember that things will get better!. Don't feel stupid for feeling upset, it's perfectly normal and it's good to have a good cry rather than keep it all bottled up!. Is there anyone else you can talk to apart from your boyfriend, like a close relative or friend!? It might make you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't label yourself as depressed!. Remember everyone has low times!. As the previous person mentioned, I do think exercise can really help, especially if you do classes rather than working out alone because you're interacting with others!. Eating healthily can make large differences to mood also, junk food lifts the mood then can sharply lower it soon after!.

Think about how you would like your life to be and then remember to:

Try and change the things you can change
And accept the things you cannotWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get your close mates together and have a girly night in (Chocolate, face packs, chick flick!.!.) !.!.or go to a party :D

I heared banana's make you feel happy!.

Hope i helped xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like depression to me Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be anxiety & if I were you, I'd go see my Dr!. immediately, because it is not healthy at all!. Good luck!.~Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey hun, sorry you're feeling down!.
It sounds like this could possibly be a case of mild depression, but it could also just be a phase, (particularly if you're a teenager)!.
Either way, it's good to take it seriously!. Have you tried finding new hobbies to keep you occupied!? Things like exercise (which releases "happy" endorphins), or other things that you enjoy doing can be really helpful in these kind of situations!.
If you feel like you're getting much worse, or the condition doesn't go away within three weeks or so, I would say talk to your parents, or an adult that you trust (I'm assuming you're a teenager!.!.) I know that can be daunting but trust me, it's better than letting it go!.
I have depression so I have a lot of experience with this type of thing!. If you'd like to get in touch with me and talk some more, please feel free to e-mail me: vbgirl22jr@yahoo!.com
I do hope you start feeling better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds like depression, see your doctor!
But I felt exactly the same way as you do now!. It really does bug you, and i used to cry over nothing at all, and you feel useless, pathetic and stupid!. You shouldn't be comforting your boyfriend, because its actually your problem! If your boyfriend isn't any help, then why even tell him!? You could try talking to a close member of your family and if there no help, call a helpline, and ask for some advice!. Or see a doctor, because it could be depression!. I've suffered with it!.

With your Best friend, i would write her letters, call her text her as much as possible!. I'm sure she's missing you too, unfortunately theres nothing you can really do accept that!. Try to think of the good times with her!. That will make you happy!. Or as i've said talk to someone close or your boyfriend about it!. If your boyfriend really cares about you, he will listen an be there or you!.

I would try to think of positive, that is wha i've done, and whenever i feel down, i think of my boyfriend and how we love each other, and the good times spent with the ones i love most!. And i call my boyfriend to come round to comfort me!.

Long walks do you good, it takes your mind off things!. And fresh air does you good!. Feeling refreshed and good about yourself!.

Just think positive!.
Life goes on!.!.!.

This is really hard!. And I'm sorry but I don't have a direct answer for you I've been trying to deal with this myself!. I also get into the same situation with my boyfriend!. I find that some days if I MAKE myself go out and do something even though I dont feel like it after awhile I feel better!. Some days when I'm really low I just let myself be sad and cry!. Sometimes I tell my boyfriend that I need him cos I'm upset but that I don't want to talk about it!. So we get a movie and just cuddle having him close makes me feel better!. So your not alone! Get out and try to do something interesting and different, like going on a very short vacation, or try to start jogging!. Exercise can release endorphins, which can be a natural, healthy, high!. If this "down" feeling or depression has lasted longer than a couple of weeks think about seeing your doctor or even a counselor!. Sometimes just talking things through with someone who is not so involved in your life can help, or even antidepressants, but that is up to a doctor to decide, especially if you are young!. Good luck, just remember that things can change in the blink of an eye!. What may seem like really bad times right now can change in a week, and all of a sudden things are looking up!. Give it some time too!. Guys sometimes don't know what to say, because girls are a lot closer to that emotional side!. Can you talk to another friend who is a girl, or your mom, aunt, or whoever if you feel comfortable!? I hope these suggestions can help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

could you go to your doctors and talk about this!? i'm not saying for medication but just to give you an idea of the support thats available in your area!. support groups are confidential and the ones by me have free phone numbers!. i find it helps to talk to people about your feelings, and its really nice to find they understand!. they wont laugh at you if you say you're feeling down but cant really pinpoint a reason!. i'm sure everyone feels like this from time to time!. you're not alone :)
my doctors told me to get lots of excersize and eat healthily, as this can enhance your mood!. Also when you're really feeling down try your best to go out and do something, as for me, if i stay in i'll just end up feeling worse, whereas if you go out it may take your mind off things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont despair! This seems so normal for a female - track when you feel like this in a calendar!. I dont know how old you are, but it certainly sounds like hormones, PMS!. It might flare up right before and after your period!.

When I over react or things bother me more than usual, I back off and most times, see I'm being hormonal!. You also might feel this way at certain times of the day, when your sugar is low!. Maybe you get the shakes as well!. Yogurt or OJ helps!.

In the long run, some people swear by Evening Primsose Oil supplements every day, an essential fatty acid!.

Noticing what you're doing is great - time out with friends is great, cause this feeling does pass!. Be extra kind to yourself and others at these times!. :-)

The definition of depression is, its depression if the feelings last more than two weeks!. If its periodic, I'd go for the PMS!. If you go to get your car fixed, they don't look at the big problems first, they go for the most simple, common ones!. And PMS for a woman is just that!. Simple, common, and if you track it, you will see a pattern!. Some just get it worse than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
