Dreams can be a very difficult thing to interpret, so try not to exhaust yourself demanding an answer and a meaning from it!. Part of it seems like a picture of life, things can be crumbling and falling around you, you have people close to you around, and you wind up safe in the end!. Life is like that too, we can all go through scary or difficult times but we have those who care about us around and we wind up safe in the end!.

Or maybe you just have a more adventurous side in you that wants to get into skydiving or bungee jumping!.

Anxiety and depression can be very difficult things to deal with, so I wouldn't try and make these dreams any more difficult at the time!. Put a positive spin on them (like I tried to above)!. Or maybe it's a reminder for you to be more thankful to those around you who help keep you safe and loved when your anxiety and depression create a struggle!. Maybe it's a very weird way of reminding you to thank those people for being there for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dreams are a way for your sub-concussions(sorry don't know how to spell it) to communicate with you!. It sounds like it's trying to tell you that you don't have to be so afraid of your depression because when you feel like your world is crashing that you have people around you who'll help you and care about you!. Maybe, that would be my guess!. I think you could annalize your dream better then anyone because you know what's going on in your life and can see what it's trying to tell you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
